At Curtain Boutique, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because each item is uniquely crafted for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exceptions — Manufacturing Faults We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require:

• A description of the fault
• Clear photos of the defective item

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to assess each claim individually. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
