As all items are custom-made to order, please allow approximately 4 weeks in total from the date of your order for production and delivery.

Please note that during busy periods — such as holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, Easter, New Year, and other public holidays) — processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering well in advance during these times to avoid delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once your order has left our facility.
